Most frequent questions and answers
- Your current SGU Email messages will be kept in the old server and you can access it by clicking https://mail.sgu.ac.id. if you need your old message(s), please do forward it to your gmail account manually by sending the message to yourself.
- Your access details have been sent to your SGU email, please do check email with subject “User Account Creation Notification” from dist-admin[at]sgu.ac.id.
- The simple answer is no! But If you are tech savvy you can try to backup your zimbra email using your mail client (such as Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird). Please check this link Add an email account to Outlook – Office Support for outlook guide.
- Your old zimbra mail is accessible until December 2021.

The answer is no, but if you do want to set your google password to be similar to other SGU Server, please do change your Google password through https://admanager.sgu.ac.id (choose SGU-Corp)
Your Google password will never expire. However your SGU-Corp password will expire every 6 months since you set the last password. If you change your SGU-Corp password through https://admanager.sgu.ac.id will automatically update your Google password.
If you forgot your password, please contact our representative through IST Hotline, then follow the instruction given by IST Personnel.
